The FOS-79800F Series WDM DFB Fiber Optic Source Modules are designed for the most demanding WDM system and component test applications. This reliable source module platform provides picometer resolution, high power, excellent stability, coherence control, optional source shutter, optional PM alignment and accurate attenuation. Choose maximum power levels from 9-20mW and select center wavelengths from 1475-1625 nm on ITU grid points or at your custom specifications. Together the FOS-79800F and the FOM-7900B Fiber Optic System Mainframe deliver an effective multi-wavelength test solution for both active and passive WDM components and systems. The intuitive 7900B mainframe front panel menu or a RS-232 or GPIB/IEEE-488 controls each FOS-79800F independently.
