The TS-530 is an AD590LH IC temperature sensor from Analog Devices and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +15°C. It is a linear temperature-to-current sensor with an output directly proportional to absolute temperature at 1μA/K and can be calibrated for ILX Lightwave Temperature Controllers except the LDC-3916 Laser Diode Controllers. The TS-530 is a metal case TO-52 transistor two leaded package. At 25°C, calibration accuracy is 1°C. Calibration instructions are included in ILX Temperature Controller manuals or in Application Note # 17, "AD590 and LM335 Sensor Calibration."
