ILX Lightwave sets standards in flexibility, ease-of-use, security, and utility in its
laser diode parametric analysis software for Windows®. The SPA-9000 uses a single screen
for all user functions. Production users load a laser diode for test and then click on
“Run.” For system administrators, there is a powerful, foolproof Wizard for creation
and modification of test setups. All tests and data are stored in Microsoft Access® database format for easy export into databases. The software can also use data files from ILX’s previous DOS and LabVIEW® applications. The screen and printed output can be configured to your exact needs including the ability to include your company’s logo and address information on the printed page.
